FOR WARRANTY REPAIRS, CUSTOMER PAYS FREIGHT TO RAILWAY EQUIPMENT COMPANY AND RAILWAY EQUIPMENT COMPANY WILL PAY FREIGHT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER.
FOR NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS, CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FREIGHT.
Railway Equipment Company (RECO) charges a flat fee for repairs of $125 USD per item if the repair is outside of the warranty period. If RECO, in its sole discretion, determines that the repair is too extensive to be practical, we will decline repairing the unit and will waive the flat fee for that item.
